With deadline for removal, neighbors of Concord Apartments demand action to address the property

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Friday is set as the deadline for those still living on the grounds of Concord Apartments to leave.

The condemned property in South City has faced scrutiny from neighbors for years. Two weeks after St. Louis Metropolitan Police raided the place, on Thursday, there were two separate requests to move forward.

Cassandra Conner delivered a formal 10-day demand letter from the citizens of Marine Villa to City Hall, demanding action and follow-through on Concord Apartments, signed by her and 25 of her neighbors…
