ST. LOUIS – An East St. Louis man now faces criminal charges in connection with a “gun fight” in St. Louis’ Soulard neighborhood earlier this month that left one dead and two others hurt.
The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office has charged Jabril Olivaria, 24, with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the case.
