ST. LOUIS — St. Louis police arrested five people during Mayor Cara Spencer’s first State of the City speech on Friday night.
Right as Mayor Spencer took the podium Friday night, a group of protesters started shouting.
A 5 On Your Side crew at the scene recorded video of a man in a white shirt being taken to the ground by two officers before being escorted out of the area in handcuffs. It’s unclear why the man was detained or whether he was affiliated with the protesters…
