ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis launched a project Tuesday called “King Rising,” teaming up with service providers for a sustained effort to battle the effects of the opioid crisis, focusing on Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard.
