Residents question safety of proposed youth golf facility slated for former hazardous waste site

A multimillion-dollar project that would give St. Louis children access to golf is raising concerns among some residents.

The PGA of America and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis are planning a golf facility on the site of the former Carter Carburetor factory in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood.
