ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man on a bicycle died and the driver fled the scene after a crash in the 4700 block of S. Grand Boulevard on Thursday night.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, Accident Reconstruction investigators were called to the scene at about 11:21 p.m.
