TOWN AND COUNTRY, Mo. — A fatal crash shut down a major roadway in St. Louis County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Officials told 5 On Your Side that the crash happened in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 at the Interstate 270 exit and involved two vehicles, including a tractor-trailer. They did not have details on the health status of all involved, but said at least one person is dead.
