ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Emergency responders responded to a significant crash involving a car fire on southbound Interstate 270 near Interstate 64 Thursday morning.
According to Creve Coeur Police, the crash shut down or severely impacted traffic in the area as crews respond to the scene.
