St. Paul restaurant Tay Ho, known for its Bún bò Huế and other Vietnamese noodle soups, is shutting down.
Phuong Nguyen wrote on Facebook that her family’s University Avenue restaurant will close permanently at the end of May “due to an unfortunate situation.”
“Thank you for letting us be your comfort and happiness. We would have not made it this far without you all,” she wrote. “This is not goodbye but see you later. Our next adventure awaits us and we hope that you follow along.”
