PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla (WFLA) — State Wildlife officers are looking into a video involving a person on a jet ski and a pelican.
Video taken last Sunday near the Sunshine Skyway Pier under I-275 in Pinellas County showed the jet ski constantly circling and even following a pelican in the water.
