EL CAJON, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Accused Bishop Emmanuel Shaleta was in court on Monday in El Cajon for a status conference amid his ongoing legal battle.
The Chaldean bishop was arrested last month at San Diego International Airport as he was about to board a plane and appeared to be trying to leave the country.
