A longtime PostalAnnex location at 117 Bernal Rd Ste 70 in San Jose is changing hands after almost three decades of serving the community, with resident Ashruti Patel and her husband, Nikhil Patel, taking over from the store’s retiring operator.
For Patel, the transition is more than a business acquisition: it is the continuation of a neighborhood institution she and her family have relied on.
