Motorists traveling along Interstate 80, I-980, and I-580 in Contra Costa, Solano, and Alameda counties should expect overnight lane, ramp, and connector closures as Caltrans continues work on a fiber optic infrastructure project through Winter 2028, Caltrans announced Friday.
Construction is scheduled nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to minimize traffic disruptions.
