A Santa Rosa man was arrested early Saturday after police found a loaded handgun in his possession during a traffic enforcement stop, authorities said.
A Santa Rosa police officer stopped a bicyclist in the 400 block of Boyd Street at about 12:38 a.m. Saturday for a vehicle code violation, according to police.
