A 17-year-old boy was arrested after officers found a loaded handgun under the right front passenger seat of a car stopped for a traffic violation, Santa Rosa police said Saturday.
The maroon sedan was pulled over on Marlow Road, just south of Jennings Lane, after its driver was seen to be a 16-year-old girl. With her were two teen boys, police said.
