VENICE, Fla. (WWSB) – A man who shot an intruder inside his Venice apartment in July will not be charged, Venice Police said Wednesday.
“After reviewing the evidence, the State Attorney’s Office determined … use of deadly force was justified under Florida law,” police said in a news release.
