SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Chatham County Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating nearly $100,000 worth of items stolen from a storage unit last year.
According to police, officers responded to the Extra Space Storage facility at 330 Johnny Mercer Blvd. on Sept. 1, 2025, after receiving a report of a burglary. Investigators say a storage unit had been broken into and valuable property, including artwork, musical instruments and household items, had been stolen.
Among the missing items are three paintings valued at nearly $10,000 each.
