SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – 3 people from Savannah are behind bars at the Chatham County Jail, facing RICO (Violation of the Georgia RICO-Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations ACT) and shoplifting charges.
35-year-old Jasmonique Lavon Franklin, 33-year-old Cedric Latroy Gardner, and 19-year-old Dominique Antwan Giles Jr. are all facing various charges.
