KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — A man’s truck ended up in a watery grave after its brakes failed on Monday.
The 71-year-old driver crashed through a guardrail and went into the Sinclair Inlet near Beach Drive East and Olney Avenue East, according to the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.
