MONROE, Wash. — Police have apprehended an inmate who escaped from the Monroe Correctional Complex.
Samuel Evans Kimble, 25, escaped the minimum security unit at 10:53 p.m. Thursday, according to the Washington State Department of Corrections. He was apprehended at 12:15 p.m. Friday at the Lynnwood Transit Station following “a number” of tips from the public.
