A prospective chiropractic office in Bossier City has again become a lightning rod for concerns about major traffic issues caused by the intersection between Benton Road and the Walter O. Bigby Carriageway.
Chiropractor Dr. Steven Wunnenberg came before the Bossier City Council on Tuesday to request his residential property at 2290 Douglas Dr. be rezoned for business use so he could open an office at the location for himself and an associate.
