A man incarcerated at the Caddo Correctional Center in Shreveport appeared in court Thursday asking a district judge to recuse himself from the case.
Jhadryan Lacori Green, 42, was booked April 15 and his bond set at $6 million on charges of hate crimes, cyberstalking, Schedule II drug possession, terrorizing and two counts of public intimidation.
