SHREVEPORT, La. — The Shreveport City Council is considering authorizing an agreement with the Downtown Development Authority that would provide temporary rent-free office space in the Red River District in exchange for providing security services downtown.
The council introduced a resolution on Tuesday in support of the agreement, and is expected to consider approving or rejecting it during its next regular meeting on Sep. 22.
