SHREVEPORT, La. – Southwestern Electric Power Co. honored 18 lineworkers Thursday during a graduation ceremony at its Midsouth Tower headquarters in downtown Shreveport. The employees earned journeyman status after completing the company’s U.S. Department of Labor-accredited apprenticeship program.
