SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Efforts to raise Shreveport’s residential water and sewer rates by 10% are back before the City Council. Ordinances 14-16 are on the agenda to be introduced Tuesday (Feb. 13). They also were set to be introduced Jan. 23, but the City Council took no action on them that date.
