Man arrested in connection with stabbing death of Amari Clarke

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — The Prince George’s County Police Department Fugitive Unit arrested Anforne Golden, 30, of Suitland in Silver Spring, Maryland, on Monday. Golden is being charged in connection with the murder of 17-year-old Amari Clarke.

A preliminary investigation revealed that Golden stabbed Clarke during an argument. The two were known to each other, according to police.

On May 8, police were called to the 3800 block of St. Barnabas Road for reports of a stabbing. When officers arrived, they located Clarke outside an apartment building suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died…
