SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — You might see fewer kids than usual around Lyon Park in Sioux Falls right now.
That’s because there’s construction underway.
“We’re here replacing this structure and going to leave the swings and then do all new surfacing. So, this used to be in mulch, and now it’s going to be the rubber surfacing,” park development manager for the City of Sioux Falls, Mike Patten said.
