SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane City Council is taking final action on an agreement tied to the proposed Community Safety Campus.
Under the proposal the city would buy the Rock Pointe East property at 124 West Boone Avenue, 1230 North Normandie Street and 1313 North Atlantic Street.
City leaders are proposing the Community Safety Campus to bring court and public safety functions now spread across four buildings into one main location.
