SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A 31-year-old man was arrested on Monday after shattering the front windshield of an unoccupied patrol car at the Spokane Valley Precinct and fleeing on a bicycle, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).
The incident occurred around 7:55 a.m. SCSO officials reported that a security officer at the precinct notified a deputy about a male who arrived on a yellow bike in the parking lot before throwing something at one of the patrol cars and causing damage.
“The Deputy investigated and found the patrol car’s windshield shattered, rendering it inoperable, and located a large chunk of metal lying on the ground near the main entry door,” officials stated…
