For more than four decades, Pig Out in the Park marked the bittersweet end of Spokane summers. The annual foodie event took over Riverfront Park for six days around Labor Day weekend with dozens of food vendors and live music drawing crowds.
After longtime Pig Out organizer Bill Burke announced it wouldn’t return for 2026, local foodies and mobile food businesses alike mourned the event’s end. But a new local Labor Day feast is brewing at Green Bluff.
Aptly named Stuffed on the Bluff, the event will run Saturday, Sept. 5 to Monday, Sept. 7 and feature 14 food trucks each day, along with live music scheduled on two stages.
