WILLARD, Mo. — Willard police reported an arrest in connection with the damage to Flock cameras in August.
According to a press release from the City of Willard, a 20-year-old man from Greenfield was arrested on five felony counts of property damage in the case. Officials have not idenifed the man accused of vandalizing the cameras.
