Springfield Public Schools offering free meals for children during summer

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Children and teens in the Springfield area will be able to grab free meals at select Springfield Public Schools locations this summer.

SPS says it is offering free meals through the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s SUN Meals Program, which provides free, nutritious meals for anyone 18 years or younger. No registration or ID is required.
