Go-Pal Supermarket will open at the Inman Grove Shopping Center in Edison on Oct. 9, bringing a hybrid American and Indian grocery store to the 50,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Stop & Shop.
Owner Nick Patel said a ribbon cutting will take place at 9 a.m. to mark the opening of the completely renovated store, which has been vacant since Stop & Shop closed in 2024.
Patel described the store as offering “everything available at ShopRite along with a range of Indian items.”…
