SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — From breaking their own record in the 4×200 meter relay, to competing in national tournaments and becoming high school stars, the Nottingham girls shuttle hurdle relay team is in it to win it.
“It takes a lot of mental strength and, focusing a lot,” Nottingham junior Rayneaa Amezado said. “You just got to make sure you’re good mentally and prepared.”
