Tacoma’s food scene has a bold new addition with the opening of El Koreano inside LeMay — America’s Car Museum.
The Korean-Mexican fusion concept builds on the success of the popular El Koreano food truck, originally created by Northwest Director of Catering Sean Pals and former Executive Chef Michael Shin under the Act 3 Catering umbrella. Act 3 Catering, which also includes 12 Baskets Catering and Evergreen Refreshments, is currently owned by entrepreneur Jim Britton.
