HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — As construction on the South Hillsborough Pipeline continues, drivers are dealing with traffic delays and detours.
The $500 million project is for the installation of a 26-mile pipeline that will carry drinking water to south-central Hillsborough. Recent traffic impacts have been seen on busy roads like Boyette Road, Kings Avenue and Bloomingdale Avenue.
