TAMPA, Fla. (WWSB) – Florida has recorded 392 dengue cases among residents so far in 2026, according to CDC data updated this week.
Hillsborough County had 177 cases in the CDC data updated Sept. 23. Miami-Dade County had 132 cases. Pinellas County had eight cases, and Lee County also had eight.
Sarasota and Manatee counties were not listed in the CDC table. The CDC says counties with fewer than three cases are not displayed, meaning the data do not establish whether either county has had no cases…
