SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A man was arrested after a road rage shooting that stretched across multiple Hillsborough County roadways, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators said Nicolas Totherow, 33, fired multiple rounds at a vehicle carrying four people, including a child, on April 29.
