SYLVANIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WTVG) — A Michigan woman was arrested after police said she hit a couple walking their dog and drove away.
Cammy Cortes, 24, of Newport, Michigan, was arrested May 30 on charges of failing to stop at the scene of an accident, two counts of child endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and open container.
