TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Rose Williams says when she moved into Harbor Town Senior Residence last October, she quickly noticed issues inside her apartment, problems she says were never fully resolved.
Williams said it started with slow drainage in her sink and tub the day she moved in. Then in late April, the problem got worse.
