TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – For Mirriah Duquet, what was supposed to be a fresh start has become a source of constant frustration.
The mother of a three-year-old moved into Northwood Estates last November. She said within her first week, a toilet flooded her home, damaging her belongings. Months later, she said the problems are still there.
“My toilets are constantly off. We have to turn the water to the toilet on and then flush them and then turn it and back off or it’s gonna flood the house,” Duquet said…
