TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo Police officer accused of driving under the influence with a child in the car has been sentenced.
Court records show Toledo Police officer Michael Ellerbrock was sentenced to five days of community service and six months of probation for his conviction on a charge of operating while impaired by liquor. It was an amended charge.
