TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A 17-year-old accused of helping cover up June’s mass shooting in Toledo’s Old West End appeared in juvenile court Wednesday, where prosecutors handed over a full evidence package and pushed to have the teen tried as an adult.
The teen faced Judge Amy Stoner. He is not one of the alleged shooters, but prosecutors say he took the weapon used in the shooting and drove it away from the scene.
