About a year after the Toledo Police Department moved its officers out of a West Toledo substation, the department is ready to sign a lease for a new location.
The department is asking Toledo City Council to approve a seven-year lease agreement with Highland Ventures Real Estate LLC for commercial space at 1640 Sylvania Ave.
