TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo homeowner says he wants a large tree in his neighbor’s backyard removed after falling branches caused damage to his property over several years.
Don Bell said the tree sits in the backyard of a home on Eleanor Avenue, one street over from his house, but its branches hang over his property.
