TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – For Ray Benson, Toledo Estates was supposed to be a place for his family to settle down. Eight months later, he’s wondering if it’s safe enough to raise his children.
Benson has lived at Toledo Estates for almost a year. He said when he moved in, he was looking for a place his family could call home and liked it enough to start the process of buying his trailer. Now, he said the conditions around him have him second-guessing that decision.
