The traffic pattern in the East Broadway Street resurfacing zone will flip on Monday, the Toledo Department of Transportation announced.
The freshly repaved southbound lane will reopen between Woodville Road and Oakdale Avenue, but the northbound lane then will close between the same streets.
As with the first phase, the new closing is scheduled to last for three weeks. The right lane on eastbound Woodville may remain closed and traffic on intersecting streets down to Oakdale may be disrupted during a given day’s construciton…
