More than three decades into its existence, Phoenix Earth Food Co-op’s West Toledo home base has received a refresh.
“We just purchased the building three years ago, but we’ve been here for 34 years, so we are trying to put all this care back into it that’s been needed for a long time,” said Sean Fitzgerald, the co-op’s general manager.
