TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man has pleaded guilty in the fatal shooting of a woman outside a west Toledo bar last year.
Lucas County Prosecutor Julia Bates announced that Marvin Pettaway, 19, pleaded guilty on Wednesday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court to murder with a 3-year firearm specification in the death of Jasmine Queen. Pettaway also pleaded guilty to three counts of felonious assault involving three other victims.
