PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – Three people are critically hurt after a head-on crash on Interstate 10 in Tucson early Tuesday morning. Arizona Department of Public Safety tells Arizona’s Family that troopers were in pursuit on a driver headed westbound in the eastbound lanes of the freeway when the driver crashed head-on with an on-duty AMR Ambulance around 1:30 a.m. Tucson Police told Arizona’s Family sister station, KOLD 13 News, that two AMR members and the driver were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
